You can make a request for a new Security Pass or for a replacement
pass for one that has been lost or damaged. Additional passes may be
issues at a cost of $10.50.
Conditions
Only Property owners can apply for a Pass and must provide a copy of Rates
Notice prior to being issued with a security Pass. The Cost is $10.50
and a $50 deposit is required. Only 1 Pass per House Lot for NON Members
of the Owners Corporation.
Pass Types
There are 2 types of Passes.
A SMARTCARD and KEYFOB.
